Tell us a bit about yourself

I’m Selina, Team Leader on the Vodafone Inside Sales team at CPM. I've been in this role for just over a year, and I’m passionate about driving performance, fostering team collaboration, and delivering results.

Outside of work, I’m an avid lover of the outdoors—whether it’s hiking, sea swimming, or enjoying live music at a concert. I thrive on social connection and bring that same energy and enthusiasm into both my professional and personal life.

What is your role in CPM?

I joined CPM Ireland 18 months ago as an Inside Sales Representative. With the support and guidance of my manager Niamh, I was promoted to Team Leader—a role I’ve truly embraced and enjoyed since stepping into it. Leading the team has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally, and I’m passionate about creating a positive, high-performing environment where everyone can thrive.

How does this role add value to CPM’s clients?

My role adds value for Vodafone by driving performance, ensuring consistent delivery of sales targets, and fostering a motivated and customer-focused team. I support and coach team members to maintain high standards of service and productivity, which directly contributes to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

By identifying opportunities, streamlining processes, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, I help ensure that Vodafone’s sales operations run efficiently and effectively.

Since joining, I’ve had the opportunity to progress from Inside Sales Representative to Team Leader, thanks to continuous support and guidance. What do you enjoy most about working with CPM?

It’s the supportive and collaborative culture. From day one, I’ve felt empowered to grow and take on new challenges.
