CPM International Contact Centre took home Silver in the Most effective Learning and Development Initiative Award category and Bronze in Best Quality Management Team Award category at the 20th edition of the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA).
As the longest running and largest awards programme in the customer contact industry, the ECCCSA recognise organisations across Europe that are leading the way in delivering exceptional service to customers.
CPM is thrilled to be honoured by this prestigious awards process for the 4th consecutive year , acknowledging our teams passion and commitment to continuous development and inspiring employees to deliver world-class customer engagement.

The 2020 awards finals were postponed to 16th March 2021 due to the pandemic. With entries from 26 countries competing across 36 categories, the ECCCSAs were celebrated virtually with over 2,000 people attending the online Awards Evening in which the winners were announced. Respecting social distancing measures, the CPM teams attended together the virtual event from the Barcelona office.
