The supermarket chain Jumbo is continuously improving its formula to deliver the best service, the best assortment, and the lowest price. They want to achieve this by using the industry's latest concepts and developments and translating them into their existing and new stores. To achieve this, Jumbo needs a team with the right experience and knowledge. In CPM, they have found a partner to contribute to the complete remodelling of their stores.
We have developed a training program to translate the Jumbo concept into the stores. A 'shelf remodelling' module has been set up within this training. Within this module, the team practices converting Jumbo shelves at the office, they undertake e-learning, and they spend a day in the field to gain experience and knowledge across all aspects of the work.
In the store, the experienced teams are working under the leadership of a team leader. Within the application process, the focus is on talent and experience, allowing the teams to quickly find their way within the various stores.
By making each team member responsible for their own product groups, we can deliver quality, speed, and efficiency. Thanks to this execution, CPM has been the preferred supplier for the store remodelling of Jumbo Supermarkets in the Benelux since 2015.
