HughesMike Hughes, CPM EMEA CEO, shared in the online edition of the European Business Magazine his insights into the art of selling in a complex retail environment, where digital channels compete against –and at the same time complement- physical stores.

In this article, Hughes discusses some of the challenges that FMCG companies and retailers are facing in the digital era: “Online retailing is booming, but to be successful here, physical retailers have to adapt their approach Merchandising has moved beyond the physical store and into the online domain, where different rules apply”.
