Part of the Omnicom People Engagement Network (OPEN) – an employee resource group committed to inclusion and diversity efforts across Omnicom and its agencies – OPEN Pride leads company-wide efforts to promote awareness, acceptance and advocacy by creating opportunities for leadership, visibility, community involvement, networking and business.
