My name is Thiago Medeiros, and I'm part of the CPM team working with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). Originally from Brazil, I’ve always believed that work should connect people and create change.
I love being outdoors and learning a bit about everything — that curiosity helps me connect with people every day and inspire them to join a cause that truly saves lives.
My role at CPM is all about connecting with people. I meet people face to face, go door to door, and share the story of MSF and the impact they're making around the world.
Through real conversations, I encourage people to become monthly supporters - helping to keep MSF's life-saving work going and reaching those who need it most.
I was looking for something more meaningful at this stage in my life - a role that would challenge me and help me grow.
CPM ticked every box. Not only do I get to develop my communication skills in a really dynamic environment, but I also get to represent MSF, which makes the work feel genuinely worthwhile.
The support from my team has been incredible, and it's what keeps me motivated every day!
What I enjoy most about working with CPM is the people and the positive energy within the team. There’s a strong sense of support, with everyone motivated to grow and continuously improve, which makes a real difference day to day.
