Our Solution

CPM Switzerland recruited a dedicated sales promotion team who had experience in selling. The sales promotor team is highly trained and motivated through sales training programme and regular coaching by CPM project management team. Monthly reporting via online tools and management summaries every quarter.

A CPM Field Sales Coach visits the sales promotion team to measure the performance with an external reporting tool.

Merchandising / logistics managed by CPM in cooperation with an external logistics specialist.


Strong augmentation of the sales figures for Tea machines and Tea capsules.

Increased market share from Nov 2015 to July 2016: +13% market share in CH
