The challenge

Hewlett Packard appointed CPM to execute 15 cities ‘Demand More’ event for their Partners and end users. Partners workshop were targeted to the dealers selling HP Laser Jet printers. End User workshop were targeted to the SMEs who all are the potential buyer of laser jet printers.

Our Solution

Workshops were conducted in 15 cities which includes in Jaipur, Chandigarh, Delhi, Lucknow, Dehradun in North, Ahmedabad, Surat, Indore in West, Hyderabad in South and Siliguri, Guahati, Ranchi, Bhubaneshwar, Patna and Kolkata in East.

Results

  • 382 Partners and 1246 End Users participated in the entire series of workshop
  • Generated leads are being followed up by HP directly
  • 46% of end users said that they will be considering a print solution within 90 days.

Sales were increased by 40%.
