Notre mission : contribuer au développement commercial de nos clients en utilisant l’expérience et la connaissance terrain pour créer et mettre en place des dispositifs humains et technologiques destinés à accroitre leurs ventes.

Avant tout, c’est un métier d’hommes et de femmes. Notre ADN, ce sont nos collaborateurs, ceux sont eux qui portent les marques de nos clients vers leurs consommateurs.

Trois expertises sont au service de cette mission : l’action commerciale terrain (field marketing), le telemarketing (centres d’appels) et le marketing digital (communications web)

Cette année, l’envergure de nos actions terrain à l’échelle mondiale se mesurera ainsi :

• CPM réalisera près de 20 millions de visites commerciales dans la distribution.
• Nos centres d’appels spécialisés en service client et après-vente traiteront plus de 9,3 millions d’appels entrants et sortants.
• Nous réaliserons plus de 810 000 animations commerciales/actions d’échantillonnage.

Selon les opérations, nous intervenons dans un ou plusieurs pays, sur une longue durée ou de manière ponctuelle.


Nous faisons partie de la division DAS (Diversified Agency Services) du groupe Omnicom.

Our CPM UK office has been recognized at the GroceryAid 2013 Achievement Awards for it's ongoing commitment and support to this fantastic charity. GorceryAid is a charity for people who are working, or have worked in the grocery, provisions, greengrocers and off-licence industries providing financial support and a dedicated Welfare Helpline.

Following the hugely successful CPM Social Customer Engagement Forum which took place on 14th November 2013 in London; CPM UK review the key takeouts and observations from the event and excellent speaker line-up.

CPM Chairman Tony Stratton is to retire from the company at the end of 2013, after 38 years with the business. He joined CPM in 1975, was made a director in 1980, became Managing Director in 1987, CEO in 1991 and Chairman and CEO in 1995. Stepping down from his executive role in 2003, he has remained as the company’s Chairman, providing advice and counsel to the senior team and engaging with clients as part of CPM’s industry leading client audit programme.
