CPM’s expertise in setting up new teams from scratch was invaluable and now have become a fundamental part of the Britvic Field delivery all year round. However the biggest compliment I can pay CPM is that when there were initial teething problems with the service, they analysed the issues and came to Britvic with a plan to address the challenges, some of which were operational and some which related to the level of resources required to deliver a truly excellent service.
