CPM's field marketing team were appointed to merchandise store windows of selected (nominated) independent retailers by installing visual merchandising displays and POS materials to promote the Vans Classic Brand in-store and attract people to enter the store.
CPM Netherlands set up a team of visual merchandisers implementing 2 campaigns in 2013.
Both campaigns, managed by CPM International were rolled out in all 9 European countries at the same time. CPM International provided 1 single point of contact to the client to manage this project in 9 European countries.
The primary responsibilties included:
100% coverage of 43 Independent retail stores, providing visual merchandising on store windows with a Tactical Merchandising Team over a 2 week campaign period.
Improved brand visibility throughout the store.
Unified brand image across all 43 stores merchandised in The Netherlands.
Extremely positive feedback from retailers on the professional service and added value provided by the CPM merchandiser.
