To complete visits to 1559 Staples locations nationwide USA and carry out all audit and maintenance checks within a two week execution window.
CPM utilise a core team of trained field marketing representatives, segmented into different geographical regions to cover all 1559 stores.
In addition to ensuring display compliance in each store, the field teams partner with each brand and the display manufacturer, Protagon to maintain an adequate inventory of display parts at the CPM distribution centre.
The field marketing team place orders through the CPM distribution centre in the even of any missing/damaged parts. Due to CPM’s efficient stock management system; parts are replenished at store level within 3-5 business days.
