CPM Technology group were engaged to deliver active selling weekends in Norfolk, The North and South West. These days would occur in 21 Independent retailers and would be supported by two TA’s a pop-up stands and flyers.

THE CPM SOLUTION
- CPM Technology Group profiled and screened all TA’s within the given period.
- Supplied and trained 29 people at three training days at each of the three phases
- The client attended the session to ensure the team were the correct mix and deliver the product training
- CPM produced Eblast graphics for the independent dealers to send out to their customer database
- CPM produced and supplied the uniform & iPads to deliver live demonstrations
- Regional Management Team were across all stores during the activity to coach and motivate the team
