THE CHALLENGE

CPM's field marketing experiential team were tasked to improve brand awareness and showcase the benefits of RB Polarized sunglasses versus regular sunglasses.

A special summer activation for 15 days in one of the top tourist spot and weekend getaway among locals – Pattaya Beach Road

THE CPM SOLUTION

  • 4 tuktuks roving around the beach area of Pattaya and   key shopping districts where optical shops are located
  • 6 promotional assistants to interact and engage target shoppers (mostly tourists) to experience the polar test with Ray-Ban
  • Customized parasailing parachutes that were given to the beach operators to use

RESULTS / ROI

100% of the people who tried were amazed with the technology when they see the difference between regular sunglasses and RB Polarized.

On the average, optical shops only sell  1-2 Ray-Bans  per month.

With our activation, we can sell  at least 2 per day and up to 9 sunglasses in a day, on average of 4-5 pairs  per day throughout the activation period
