THE CHALLENGE

CPM's field marketing team were appointed to:-

  • Carry out in-store experiential sales promotions for Nescafé Dolce Gusto throughout Switzerland.
  • To achieve year-on-year increase in sales of Dolce Gusto coffee machines and capsules.

THE CPM SOLUTION

  • CPM Switzerland recruited and trained a dedicated field marketing team of highly skilled sales agents and promoters; with the requisite customer service skills to effectively build rapport with customers and drive sales conversions.
  • Each promoter is provided with in-depth product knowledge training and receives ongoing sales coaching from field managers.
  • The teams manage the entire logistics and merchandising of the promotional stands through to the execution of the promotion.
  • Monthly sales performance reports are uploaded directly to the Nestle database providing easily accessible insights on the latest promotions and the performance against objectives.
