Natudis approached CPM with a request to support of their representative/shelf construction team to drive increased retail sales.
Build a relationship with health food shops (existing clients of Natudis). Stimulate shops to follow the new shelf plans for different categories by offering them a complete shelf conversion. Goal is to incorporate new products, create POS compliance in shelf plans, claim position on shelf and expand Natudis assortment. Thus increasing brand awareness and brand visibility
CPM created a team of 8 employees experienced in shelf conversion. As requested by Natudis we selected employees with good communications skills who are able to communicate in a sensitive way with the entrepreneurs in this specific branch. Amongst the shops we visit are shops from the Natuurwinkel, Gooody Fooods, Ekodis, de and independent entrepreneurs.
These trained employees will be working on every round requested by Natudis.
The team has a 80% score on incorporating new products on shelf and writing a first order for these new products. With this they create speed to shelf for Natudis products.
