CPM's Technology group was engaged to deliver sales training days in Dixon Tax Free stores at airports around the UK to raise Brand Awareness. Jabra provided training for CPM team members at a central location. Each of the five CPM trainers (Technical Ambassadors) were given models in the current range for in-store demonstration purposes, with a further model to be used as a staff incentive on the day.
Primary Target: Minimum five staff trained per store
Secondary Target: Two Jabra sales per store
THE CPM SOLUTION
- CPM's Technology Group profiled and screened all Technical Ambassadors within the given period.
- We supplied and trained the team to deliver the training and customer enagagement. The client attended the session to ensure the team members were the correct mix to deliver the product training
- The team spent a day in each of the 21 DTF stores in the 13 airports across the UK and Ireland
- Visits were arranged through our Ops recourse with Dixons head office and airport security
- CPM's Regional Management Team contacted the Airport Managers to confirm the team's entry.
