CPM delivered a contract merchandising team of 18 merchandisers Heineken and 10 merchandisers Vrumona that operate and develop Dutch supermarkets.
CPM developed an extensive recruitment program. Within 3 years employees have the opportunity to grow in a function direct for Heineken or Vrumona.
Heineken: on ad-hoc base Heineken requests experienced merchandisers to support the contract teams in times of high pressure.
Vrumona: Twice a year Vrumona requests a tactical team experienced in sales to support action sales of new and existing brands such as Pepsi, Sourcy Vitamin water, Sisi and 7Up
Sales Training Academy
The contract teams of Heineken and Vrumona are trained on a regular base by CPM Sales Training Academy. Merchandisers will receive bronze, silver and gold certificates
