Sentinel approached CPM UK early 2015 to complete a tactical activity in their UK Contact Centre to increase the amount of Boiler Replacement Pack's sold in Grahams stores and to raise brand awareness.
The team also re-introduced the Sentinel eliminator filter for it's USP's
CPM appointed 2 FTE dialling for 161 records over a 11 day period. The activity was to encourage Grahams Plumbers (stockists of Sentinel products) to take part in a 2 week incentive to increase the sales of Sentinel Boiler Replacement Packs with the end prize of a complimentary pizza for the branch, should they hit their target as a reward.
The activity involved the contact centre agents making 3 batches of calls during the 2 week period .
