Raising brand awareness within independent garages in Germany
Collecting and checking data of independent garages (clients) and visiting clients and leading interviews about the current situation. Registration of Leads & Cases & immediate forwarding to FM. „Create Demand“ through Push & Pull – giving new information to the market. Increasing brand awareness and positive image building of FM-brands. Presenting the FM4ME-program on the market and registration of the garages to FM-CAMPUS.
CPM made the initial contact with each of garages via phone using the International Contact Centre in Barcelona in June 2015. Planning and identifying opportunities for the daily field marketing service teams in three regions (Ruhr / Rhein / Neckar) since 15.06. resp. 01.07.2015 in two regions.
CPM's field marketing team all participated at exhibitions for the most popular wholesalers with Federal Moguls sales team.
Three day Kick-Off including factory tour (BERU/JURID) in June 2015 and meeting with FM-Sales-Team Germany in June 2015.
Two meetings with the regional FM Sales-Teams in July 2015 and weekly regional meetings with H. Rogge including goal check and particular case explanations.
