CPM manages the Sales Specialist and the Technical Support team in the SAARC region i.e. India, Sri Lanka, Nepal & Bangladesh.
Team of CPM also manages a centralised toll free helpline 25 Sales specialist and 4 Technical Support Specialist.
The team is responsible for the partner relationship and ensures the SMB sales targets through these partners.
They also undertake partner led marketing and customer communication plan. CPM also assist the team in running the TMM workshops in the region.
CPM provides and manages the office space and infrastructure, for the team. Beside that CPM also run the travel and the IT helpdesk for them exclusively.
CPM initiated the Cisco SMB champion program. This is a quarterly reward and recognition program for the team.
