Our task was to keep CPM/ASDA colleagues up to date with new in-store demonstrations taking place every week throughout the year. We printed briefs and collated full promotional kits for each demonstration; also consolidated various branded products and marketing collateral together with Sampling colleagues' special instructions.
Over 35,000 briefing packs were despatched.
Over 74,000 separate briefs were included in these packs with nearly600,000 different product items.
Despatch costs were minimised through 'box sharing' despatching.
CPM/ASDA colleagues were kept fully briefed on all the demonstrations taking place in stores each week, ensuring all elements were available for promotion in a timely manner.
