THE CPM SOLUTION
CPM’s operational team consists of 45 office colleagues along with a tactical field marketing team of over 2,500 sampling employees.
The main consumer engagement activities focus on:
- Utilising consumer insight; to design and deliver compelling brand experience strategies in and out of store for Asda through primarily national sampling and local events.
- Deploy campaigns that drive the brand positioning and leverage great product stories around provenance and quality, ultimately inspiring customers to try and buy products.
- Deliver return on objectives by reporting effectively: measuring sales, region breakdown, engagement levels and operation delivery.
