CPM Technology group were engaged by A1 Comms * and Argos* to deliver a team that can cover the opening hours of 5 Argos mobile shop in shop stores in Warrington, Leeds, Sheffield, Leicester and London.
Target: To provide excellent mobile customer service, maintain the store in store and achieve agreed sales volumes and product mix.

THE CPM SOLUTION
- CPM Technology Group profiled and screened all applicants looking for specific traits that suit mobile phone sales.
- Trained to deliver the right contract or SIMO solution for the customer on the correct tariff whilst delivering GP for A1comms
- Team of 15 staff put together with a back up/sickness member of staff for each store.
- These 20 people have a briefing day at CPM followed by a two day Argos induction with on going A1 systems training
- CPM provide a weekly update report to A1 & Argos
- Regional Management Team visit A1 Team members every fortnight to work on sales development and PDP’s and deliver a weekly conference call
